What does Rotary E-Club of Silicon Valley, Health & Wellness represent?

Rotary E-Club of Silicon Valley, Health & Wellness is created to promote health and wellness in people from all sections of society with an emphasis on people who are extremely distressed, poor and needy.  The community is committed to global causes related to Health and Wellness, including medical centers with free facilities, yoga/meditation workshops for holistic well being, and science of mind management.  The initiative of this Club is to serve Humanity on a global scale.

How do I sign up?

This requires filling an online form and paying the membership fee. The details can be found on the Members page.

After these steps, please send an email to secretary@healthandwellnessrotary.org for rest of the process to be initiated.

If I join this Club, am I also a member of Rotary in general?

Yes

How much does it cost to join and what does the membership fee cover?

Annual fee is $200.  $160 goes to Rotary Foundation and $40 covers the Club expenses

Will the membership fee be tax exempt?  If yes, is there a tax ID #?

The membership fee is not tax exempt but any donation is tax deductible.  There is a tax ID number.

Is there a family and/or couples discount or is the membership fee per person?

Membership fee is per person.  If you want to join the Club you need to be over 18.  

If I join this Club, what am I committing to?

It's recommended to attend meetings twice a month.  Meetings are over Zoom. The meeting details are available at Contact Us page.

Is there a minimum age to join?

Yes, 18 years.

Where do I find a list of the causes this Club sponsors?

On this website.

Where do I find a list of the programs this Club facilitates?

Guests are welcome to attend Zoom meeting that's held twice a month.

If I have a cause for the Club to sponsor, how do I submit it for your review?

At this point Club sponsors certain projects.  New projects need to be submitted to the Committee for approval.

Why should I join this Club?

If you are looking to support global causes related to Health and Wellness, including medical centers with free facilities, yoga/meditation workshops for holistic well being, and science of mind management to alleviate stress, then this is the Club for you.  The initiative of this Club is to serve Humanity on a global scale.

Once I'm a member, how do I notify you that my email/address has changed?

Provide your new information via existing email and put "change of information" in the subject line.

Do you share/sell my personal information?

No, your privacy is assured.

If I make a donation, how much of my money will go towards the actual program?

This Club is volunteer based so there are no administrative fees. 

Who do I contact if I have a question about my membership or donation?

All questions should be directed to the email listed on the website.

If I change my mind, will I be refunded my membership fee?

No, there is no refund.
